Liza is the Employee Engagement Specialist for Caesars Windsor and the H.E.R.O. chair (Helping Employee’s Reach out) for the Windsor property. In the 5 years that Liza has been involved in Engagement, the participation rate for employee events and involvement has increased substantially. Through the HERO program, Caesars employees have participated in 71 charitable activities last year alone, where money and volunteer hours helped local charities which are something Liza is very passionate about.
